SCHOLARSHIP DETAILS

The Hall of Fame LEGEND Scholarship helps Hall of Famers’ immediate family members achieve their higher education goals. A minimum $2,500 of non-renewable scholarship money is paid directly to the recipient's college or university of choice.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE?

The spouse, son, daughter, grandson or granddaughter of a Hall of Fame member is eligible to apply.

APPLICATION PROCESS AND DEADLINE

• Download and complete this form—you will also be required to submit an essay detailing your experiences with ALS—then mail it back to us no later than February 1.
• The PHAALS Foundation Review Board will review and consider all eligible applicants, and provide its assessments to the Board of Directors for approval.
• Recipient(s) will be notified in March.
• Monies will be issued directly to the college or university of the recipients’ choice.

We will strongly consider all applications, and will do everything in our power to fulfill the requests. The PHAALS Foundation retains the right to approve any and all scholarships based on need and funds available.
